Terms of Service

1.Acceptance

Serivore is an iOS TV show tracking app with social features (profiles, comments, lists, follows), published by Mr. BEKIER ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2.Your account

• The service is intended for people aged 15 and over.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. What happens on your account is your responsibility — let us know immediately in case of unauthorized access.
• An account is personal: no shared accounts, no impersonation (of a person or a brand).

3.The service

Serivore lets you build a library of shows, mark episodes as watched, rate, comment and react, create lists and follow other profiles. Show metadata comes from third-party sources (see section 7): we guarantee neither its completeness nor its accuracy.

The service is currently free. It evolves continuously: features may be added, changed or removed. We strive to keep it available, without being able to guarantee it at all times (maintenance, incidents, third-party dependencies).

4.Your content

You remain the owner of everything you post on Serivore: comments, ratings, lists, profile images, watch history. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it, solely to the extent necessary to run the service (for example: showing your comment to other users of the episode, or your public list to your followers). This license ends when the content or your account is deleted.

You are responsible for what you post. Only post content you hold the rights to.

5.Rules of conduct

The following are prohibited on Serivore:

• harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech;
• any illegal or pornographic content, or content infringing third-party rights (including copyright infringement);
• spam, unsolicited advertising and harvesting other users' data;
• any attempt to compromise the service: unauthorized access, abusive reverse engineering of the API, circumventing technical limitations, deliberate disruption.

Serivore is built around public comments, so everyone has tools to protect themselves. You can hide or block another user (your respective content becomes invisible to each other), and report any problematic content or behavior to us through the app or at contact@serivore.app.

We review every report. When these rules are broken, measures are graduated:

• Removal or adjustment of the content concerned (a comment may also simply be marked as a spoiler);
• Temporary suspension of the account, notified by email with its end date: a suspended account can no longer post, reply, react or edit its profile, but keeps access to its library;
• Account deletion, reserved for serious or repeated violations (in practice, after several suspensions). Your data does not belong to us: before permanent erasure, a complete copy is emailed to you (account, library, watch history, ratings, comments, lists).

These measures apply with notice where reasonably possible, immediately in serious cases.

6.Termination

By you: at any time, by deleting your account from the app. Your data is then erased under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

By us: in case of violation of these terms, following the graduated measures described in section 5 — deletion for moderation reasons is always preceded by a complete copy of your data being emailed to you. Also if we were to shut the service down, in which case we would inform you with reasonable notice so you can retrieve your data.

7.Intellectual property and sources

The app, its name, its logo and its code are our property. These terms transfer no rights over them to you, other than the right to use the app as intended.

Show metadata and artwork (titles, synopses, posters, cast) are provided by TheTVDB, air times by TVmaze, and GIF search by KLIPY. Show artwork belongs to its respective rights holders; Serivore is not affiliated with any network, studio or streaming service.

8.Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to its use: temporary unavailability, data loss resulting from force majeure, accuracy of third-party metadata, or content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the statutory warranties you benefit from as a consumer.

9.Distribution through the App Store

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. You acknowledge that these terms are between you and us — not with Apple —, that Apple has no maintenance or support obligation regarding the app, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use also remains subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. In case of a substantial change, you will be informed in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use the service will constitute acceptance. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first to seek an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that may apply where you live.
